We Fight Crime Too

So on Saturday night, Mancaster and I were listening to tunes and imbibing in some Peroni's at my place before heading out to my friend Justin's studio space. As we were walking out of the house towards my car, a young woman scurried around the back side of my truck. She was crying and obviously distraught. She told us that someone was chasing her and they were trying to kill her. Jake, always the brave hearted soul, asked for my keys so he could go hide in the house. I called 911.

While waiting for the police, the young women hid behind a bush in my backyard. Jake finally manned-up and returned outside and waited with me for the cops to arrive. In about 5 minutes 4 or 5 cop cars showed up in front of my house, and walked through the yard where we were standing in the back. I raised my arms to signal that we were standing by the driveway as they shined some really bright flashlights on us. They escorted the woman to their cars and asked me a few brief questions. I explained to them what happened and if it was OK for us to leave. As we were driving off there were at least 3-4 more cop cars waiting on adjacent blocks. Something was going down. We popped in Ice-T's "OG" and proceeded to the party as if we were crime stoppers. Another job well done in the 'hood. Way to go Superbeasts.

Don't knock it Falch. Two kegs of free beer, a band, and like 4 DJs.
