Arctic Blast? Get Gai Yang!

Well, it's like -15 outside and I'm fucking tired of it. I brought Kublai Khan on a walk this morning and he was limping by the time we got home because his little fancy dog paws were frozen. I think I got frost bite on my face too.

In an effort to keep myself sane during the current ice age, I decided I should do a little cooking. Today's special? Gai Yang chicken and lemon grass rice salad. Gai Yang is simply a Thai BBQ, and the lemon grass rice salad is just lemon grass, green onion, finely diced red onion, jalapeno, garlic, rice vinegar, finely diced red pepper, and cilantro.
