Joe Tex really had a thing for the female physique. From her skinny legs, to refusing to bump with no big fat woman. In the end, it seems he'll dance with just about anyone. After putting up a bit of a fight, of course.



After an illustrious career which included big hit records, a bitter rivalry with James Brown, and becoming Muslim and changing his name to Yusef Hazziez, Joe Tex withdrew from the public eye in 1981, settling into ranch life in Navasota, Texas. He died a year later of a heart attack. May his fancy feet dance on.
