Moto Found!

As I was leaving to Big Sur for a camping trip on Friday night, I happened upon my motorcycle 4 blocks from my apartment, parked in the middle of the sidewalk. I immediately slammed on the brakes of my truck, did a series of 3 or 4 barrel rolls, and unfurled my blade for a chance encounter with the thieving perp. There wasn't any street thugs to be found, and the only passer-by was a geriatric asian lady walking her 3-legged lap dog. After questioning, I released her back to her evening stroll. I called the cops and they relinquished Brewcifer the Beast back to me. There was no damage to the bike other than some surface rust from sitting for two nights in the salt air. My sleuthing leads me to be believe that Brewcifer was the unwilling victim of drunks coming from either the Silver Spur or Terry's Lodge, the two bum bars that border my apartment. I started her up and she gave me the "glad to be back" purr that sounds like a well oiled sewing machine.

I'm glad to have the beast back with no damage. I'll be purchasing a lock certified by Fort Knox in the very near future. Thanks for the comments and thoughts while I was on suicide watch last week. My savagery is restored!

HIGHLY recommend this little lady. Bernadette, my Duc, wears her nose ring every night. http://www.kryptonitelock.com/Pages/ProductInformation.aspx?PNumber=000426
