I love the look of Harley-Davidson's new Forty-Eight Sportster 1200. I'm considering buying one. The other option is finding a late 90's 1200 and doing some customizing for a third of the price. Any thoughts from my rider buddies?

Do you have a place at home to work on a used bike? You know, to do basic handlebar swaps or whatever..not saying you are going to be swapping engines. If you have no space buy new.
Great point. I don't. But I'm on a month-to month lease, so I could always look for a new place.
