This is real. I've witnessed it in the wild. I saw a woman prancercising in Sonoma while I was sipping on a "Noma Coma" IPA at Sonoma Springs brewery. She was doing it so hard people were honking their car horns and stopping to rubberneck. It's so dumb it has to catch on.
