I like them. My favorite line is the one about surroundings. I'm going to steal 'em when I'm asked to write for Rapala at Pocket. Thanks, buddy.
Last line has powers comprable to Wonder Boy.
I think the second one should break after "A rod extra sensitive" just because it reads easier.
I know why it is set up like it is, but right now I sort of fumble over it the first couple times.
Nice work.
