Proud Beast.
I get excited when I see former students of mine totally crushing shit in the ad biz. Especially when the work is stuff that makes me wish I had done it. Here's a campaign from Space 150 and former student/buddy Michelle Swanson that makes my old balls a little jealous. From Space 150:
"Make Better is an awareness program designed to help local communities engage with social issues relevent to them. To bring each issue out of hiding, Make Better designs a conversation with the community, and creates a disruption to spark the dialogue. The logo itself was designed to be interactive, both in it’s need to be visually reassembled when read, and in it's application accross the system."
Check out all the work at Creative Director Ned Wright's site.
* Feel free to bug Swanson about her cat fascination. It's fun for all of us.
** I'm also sending out mega-props to former student Lee Kimball on snagging a writer position at Colle + McVoy. Well done, duder.
