I wish I had more interesting things to report from the offices of Fat & Depressed Worlwide®, but it's been kind of slow...and depressing. Put it this way, I'm on an irreversible downward spiral. The only thing rousing me from bed in the morning is the hope of a day filled with pizza rolls and livin' la vida fruit of the loom.
With more news of buddies losing their jobs, it has occurred to me that this thing is really bleak, and it's only getting worse.
On the bright side, here are some things that might punch you square in the balls...or vaginer.
On my downtime I have been walking around North Minneapolis snapping pictures of various asian restaurants. This has proven to be quite amusing. At first I was attracted to the ridiculous and wacky "chow mein" font, but now I'm more interested in the names. Names like: Good Deal Restaurant, Get Happy Oriental Food, and Hui's Chow Mein (this one has the kung fu font, and chopsticks on the window. Who needs stellar reviews from food snobs when you have fucking chop sticks in the window?). I'll post pics soon enough, but in the meantime, here's Hui's:
I was lucky enough to commandeer one of the dICEHOUSES for the Square Lake Film & Music Festival in August. Think of it as an art installation on the grounds of the festival. Good buddy Sweet River tried to make things extra complicated, but in the end my stubborn nature won out as it is often want to do. Nussy gets some major props too for dipping out of getting skull fucked by project managers to help me get the damn thing off the lake.
It would have been nice to keep one of the dICEHOUSES at my house, but the fear of shaking off hookers from procreating inside was a damning deterrent. Instead, this little dICEHOUSE will reside in the country, where every morning the hills smell of maple syrup, and the women are buxom and top heavy.

Chinese food, dice houses, fat people? Well, la-de-fuckin'-da! Aren't we livin' it up.
I bet you can fuck like mad in a dice house. I know some chicks that would really dig that kind of mid-west shit.
